I have been against facebook for a long time... I finally said F@#K it and crated one.. i dont know what it will do for me or anything but maybe i will figure it out eventually. as for now im just going to be playing and working on it..

Ok i have been shooting since i was 16. I started off with film went to medium format then went digital. now going back to film because it seems like its a lost art. I have a few questions. I browse through deviantart almost daily. I like a lot of picture but i notice one thing that has been bothering me. When did all the photography concepts go out the window? Like composition, rule of thirds, Lighting has been a big thing people dont know how to light there subjects, I had to study these things. I had to take a class on light theory. What is up? i know i am not the best photographer out there and i make mistakes all the time. There are some things i do on purpose but there on purpose and my portfolio is not filled with the same lighting
